    Job Functions
    Maintain existing customers and develop new customers in the region;
    Continuously cooperate with sales leaders and sales teams in China;
    Manage local customer service needs and relationships;
    Develop, maintain and execute regional plans;
    Maintain sales volume, product portfolio and sales prices, and keep abreast of supply and demand conditions, changing trends, economic indicators and competitor information;
    Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs;
    Achieve personal goals and contribute to the team.

    Position Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer software and hardware, business administration, marketing, etc.;
    Have 5 years or more of IT customer sales experience, and have held a sales management position for 2 years or more;
    Have rich marketing planning experience and be able to identify and determine potential business partners;
    Be able to communicate in Chinese and English, have good presentation skills, be calm and have strong organizational skills;
    Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability, excellent market expansion, project coordination and negotiation ability;
    Have rich team management experience and be able to lead the team to achieve goals.

    岗位要求
    1、本科及以上学历,计算机软硬件、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业;
    2、具备5年及以上IT客户销售经验,且具备2年以上销售管理岗位任职;
    3、有丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴;
    4、能用中文和英文进行交流,具备良好的表达能力,性格沉稳、组织能力强;
    5、较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划及执行能力,优秀的市场拓展、项目协调和谈判能力;

    6、有丰富的团队管理经验,能带领团队达成目标。


    香港岗位:

    Key account sales大客户销售

    工作地点:香港

    職責描述:

    1)依據個人的年度任務,完成個人銷售目標、市場目標、技術目標等;

    2)負責本區或行業開拓新市場,發展新客戶,增加產品銷售範圍;

    3)負責行業內市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析;

    4)負責區域內銷售活動的策劃和執行,促進個人銷售任務完成;

    5)了解行業客戶需求,為公司將來拓展新產品做準備;

    6)負責提升大客戶及代理渠道的關係建設、管理。

    1. Based on individual annual tasks, complete personal sales targets, market targets, technical targets, etc.;

    2. Be responsible for exploring new markets, developing new customers, and expanding the product sales scope in this region or industry;

    3. Be responsible for collecting market information in the industry and analyzing competitors;

    4. Be responsible for planning and implementing sales activities in the region to promote the completion of personal sales tasks;

    5. Understand the needs of industry customers and prepare for the company to expand new products in the future;

    6. Be responsible for enhancing the relationship building and management of major customers and agency channels.

     

    崗位要求:

    1)本科及以上學歷,計算機、市場營銷等相關專業优先

    2)具備良好的的市場分析及判斷能力,良好的客戶溝通、服務意識;

    3)性格沉穩、組織能力強,具有帶領團隊完成既定目標的能力;

    4)能夠適應出差;

    5)有銀行、證券、基金、期貨、保險等行業客戶資源者優先考慮。或者願意未來長期服務於金融行業客戶
